Quick, easy purchase

Got a Dehumidifier. Website was simple. Delivery was fast. Works perfectly. No issues at all.

Amazing Mini Split!

I just installed my new Ductless Mini Split Air Conditioner from Della and I couldn't be happier! It was so easy to order and it arrived quicker than I thought it would. The unit looks really sleek on the wall and it cools my living room perfectly. I can't believe how quiet it is too! This was such a great buy. I am definitely going to shop here again for my other rooms. Thank you, Della!

Good unit, slow shipping

I ordered a Single Zone Mini Split and it works well for my garage. The unit itself seems solid and cools efficiently. However, shipping took a bit longer than I expected, about 7 business days to reach me in Arizona, which felt slow when it was already hot out. Customer service was helpful when I called to check on the tracking, but I wish the delivery estimate had been more accurate upfront.

Detailed look at my Della purchase

My experience with Della for a new Portable Air Conditioner was mostly positive. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and I received a confirmation email quickly. Shipping took 6 days to get to my home in Ohio, which was within their stated timeframe. The unit arrived well-packaged, with no damage. Setting it up was simple; the instructions were clear, and I had it running in about 15 minutes. The air conditioner itself performs as expected, cooling my small office effectively. I did have a question about the filter replacement schedule, so I used their online chat. The representative was polite and answered my query promptly. The quality feels durable for the price I paid. I'd say it's a reliable option if you need a quick cooling solution.

Good value for a first buy

As a first-time buyer, I was looking for the best deal on a Single Zone Mini Split. I did a lot of comparing before settling on Della. The price point was very competitive, especially with the free shipping offer that automatically applied. The unit arrived within a week. I think I got good value for my money. The installation kit was comprehensive, and I was able to get it set up without extra trips to the hardware store. Overall, a solid purchase that felt worth the investment.

Consistent quality over time

This was my third purchase from Della, this time for a Multi Zone Mini Split System. I've always found their products reliable. My first order was a portable AC a few years back, and it's still running strong. This new multi-zone unit arrived on time, just like the others. The packaging was good, preventing any shipping damage. I appreciate that they consistently deliver on their promises. It's why I keep coming back when I need new climate control solutions for different properties.
